The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having killed the victim lady on account of non-fulfilment of the demand for dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased victim lady and is living separately, hence has got no complicity in the matter. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent.

No.75627 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
