2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 for the offence punishable under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 10.04.2024 by the informant, Dilip Mahto.
3. The petitioner is an employee of L&T Finance and has been assigned the duty of realizing the amount from the persons who took the loan. The allegation is that he pressurized the lady, Kanchan Devi, though payment was made, depressed, she committed suicide. This led to the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

As per his information, there was a fight between the couple, she committed suicide thereafter and there is delay in lodging of the FIR. He has already remained in custody since 04.09.2024 and has no criminal antecedent.
5. Ms. Jaya Singh representing the informant submits that under the wrong impression, the FIR was lodged. Subsequently realizing the mistake, they have arrived to a compromise.
6. Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the fact that he has remained in custody since 04.09.2024, has no criminal antecedent and is an employee of L&T Company, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of bail with conditions.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 subject to the following conditions:
(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
