Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 324, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are agnates and there is dispute of family property. Allegation of commission of assault upon husband of the informant is against other accused. Allegation against petitioner is that he attempted to outrage the modesty of the female members of the informant who were present at the time of occurrence.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner and Informant are agnates. There is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
