Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76681 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Rail P.S.
