2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that a supplementary show cause has already been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the order dated 09.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15958 of 2013, has already been complied with and a final order dated 01.02.2022 has already been passed, annexed as Annexure-1 to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

4. Considering the fact that none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present contempt application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
