2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 503 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by hired criminals

4. The face of three killers have been captured in the CCTV footage and the petitioner is one of them. He is in jail since 16.09.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the shooter of the deceased, I am not incliend to grant regular bail to the piettioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
