Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out some discrepancies in the judgment and order dated 15.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20862 of 2018.

In such view of the matter, the words "Chasis No. MBLHAR 973 HHH 53944, Engine No. HA 10 AGHHH 05083" appearing in second paragraph of the judgment and

Patna High Court MJC No.4827 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 order dated 15.04.2019 will be read as "Chasis No. MBLHAR 073 HHH53944, Engine No. HA 10 AGHHH 55083".

Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 15.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20862 of 2018 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
