1. This Court has passed a detailed oral order dated 16.07.2025 which reads as follows:- "1. No representation for the petitioner. However, it is noticed that the Writ petition is filed to quash the E-auction sale/ E-auction notice dated 16.07.2018 published by authorities of Allahabad Bank Budh Marg, Near Kotwali Police station, Patna and further to quash the possession notice dated 16.12.2017.
2. On perusal of the contents of the Writ petition, it is evident that the Writ
