2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.163 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused attempted to snatch the motor-cycle of the informant when he was on the way to destination.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and village politics. Petitioner and the informant belongs to the same locality. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.09.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023.
