1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-11 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the concerned respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pay the due amount of salary, which accrued on account of revision of pay, in terms of 5th and 6th pay revision, with effect from 01.01.1996 and 01.01.2006 respectively to the petitioner, who retired as

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that from perusal of Annexure-5 to the writ application, it manifests that petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.10.2024 before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodhgaya, seeking redressal of his grievance, as raised in the instant writ application. It is next submitted that receiving on the representation dated 24.10.2024 is there but then it does not appear that the receiving is of the office of the Registrar, Magadh University. It is further submitted that writ application can be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation seeking redressal of his grievance before the Registrar, Magadh University, on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that fresh representation before the Registrar, Magadh University shall be filed on or before 18.07.2025.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, Magadh University on or before 18.07.2025, seeking redressal of his grievance, as raised in the instant writ application, in the event,

5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University is directed to communicate the order to the Registrar, Magadh University.
