1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with in connection with Damdaha Madya Nisedh P.S. Case no. 251 of 2024 registered under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per the prosecution case, 1.62 litres of IMFL was recovered from the vehicle in question being driven by this petitioner and he was taken into custody.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered either from his possession or from the vehicle being driven by him. The cause of false implication is his antecedent. He is in custody since 18.11.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the alleged quantity of liquor which is said to have been recovered and the petitioner being in custody since 18.11.2024, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Damdaha Madya Nisedh P.S. Case no.251 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise)-II, Purnea.
