The petitioner seeks bail in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No.52 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have fired at the prosecution side, which did not hit anyone.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 10.09.2023, this bail application is allowed. 6.
