2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- i. To direct the respondents to take urgent and serious action against the private respondents No. 9 to 28 where all of them in connivance with each other started to grab the land (Bathan) of the petitioner, where started there by keeping bricks soling works upon the land belonging to the petitioner by means of Lathi Danda and further to
3/4 provide adequate protection to the petitioner where his life is endanger at the hands of the private respondents who are in aggressive mood to do any illegal act where his concrete house demolished by them.
ii. To direct the respondents to provide adequate arm force to erect boundary wall upon the land of the petitioner where as per measurement and demarcation the land falling under the peaceful possession of the petitioner since long, situated in Khata No.475 Khesra No.1874, area 9 Decimal and Khata No.459, Khesra 1873, Area 2.25 Decimal where as such land was purchased by the father of the petitioner where on 24.10.2024 at about morning 7.00 am to 10.00 pm night under the leadership of Mukhiya Vishwanath Chaudhary all along 100-150 antisocial elements gathered for soling works upon his private land.
iii. To direct the State Machinery to take immediate action as per the complaints filed by the petitioner alleging aforesaid allegation that they are going to grab the land of the petitioner by using lathi danda private respondents are in aggressive mood to do any illegal act where his concrete house demolished by them.
3. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the
4/4 Superintendent of Police, Vaishali by way of filing a representation and if the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he will pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
4. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
