2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No.53 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that while the informant was returning to his village from Aliganj market on his motorcycle, the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner apprehended the informant and snatched his chain made of gold from the neck of the informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons took away his motorcycle also.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to inimical term with the informant. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84853 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 recovery from the petitioner. The F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of two days of the alleged occurrence. The charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. He is in custody since 29.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. I, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No.53 of 2023.
