2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 313 , 504, 506, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the I. P . C .

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the assurance of marriage, this petitioner established a physical relationship with the daughter of the informant (victim), as a result of which she became pregnant. It is further alleged that all the accused persons forcibly got her pregnancy terminated, and the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C., has supported the same.

4. Considering the statement of the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2633 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. and the gravity of the offense, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
