The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That this writ application is being filed for the issuance of Writ of MANDANUS commanding the Respondent no.2 to initiate departmental proceeding against the Respondent no.8, who was posted as Circle Officer, Patna, in the year 2012-13 and during the said tenure, he had intentionally, with criminal motive, interpolated

Patna High Court CWJC No.19528 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 land records to benefit those persons against whom Encroachment Case No. 17/22-23 had been initiated, pursuant to the direction/order of this Hon'ble Court, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5002/2021 and in furtherance of such interpolation of land records, overlooking all laws of Revenue Reforms and on the basis of fake and fabricated documents, mutation of public land was carried out in the name of one Nand Kishore Singh, for which he has been made accused in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 313/23, by the Petitioner."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
