The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 745/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/379/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after the filing of the present complaint against the petitioner, the petitioner met with the complainant and now his wife and child are living with him comfortably. He submits that though the complainant/wife is living in her Naihar, now the petitioner will keep her with full honour and dignity as a wife and, there

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No. 745/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that, if at all, there is any recurrence of such act which led to her mental torture, it will be open to the complainant to move this Court and/or take appropriate legal recourse.
