2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 279 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414, 420, 468, 469, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, illegal weapons were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They used to loot the vehicle by showing the illegal weapons and cut the electric wires at night.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are young boys having no criminal antecedent and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85919 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 they are innocent. They are in custody since 12.09.2023. Petitioners have no concern with the other co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioner No. 1. One sword of three feet has been recovered from the possession of petitioner No. 2. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Dilip Kumar and Dasai Sahani have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by the order dated 05.01.2024 in Cr. Misc No. 81717 of 2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and period of custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Pipra P.S.
