The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 8, 23(c), 20(b)(c) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

It is alleged that about 45 Kgs. of ganja has been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. He is in custody since 09.02.2025.

Considering the huge recover of ganja, which is alleged to have been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
