Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 27.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39826 of 2018 on the ground that earlier the process had been issued under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that processes only under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. have been issued and the other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Moreover the petitioner is sick and he is unable to move, however, he has considered that processes under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. However, time for surrender is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50765 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 extended for further one week from the date of receipt of the order.
