2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 318(4), 338, 336(3), 316(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others are accused of committing forgery in the documents cheating and breach of trust while working as a staff in L & T Finance Company.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits though the FIR has been lodged for cheating but the entire of has been received by the L & T Finance and the account has been closed.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025.
