BAJANTHRI) 20-03-2023 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of work order issued vide letter no. 570 dated 03.04.2018 in favour of the respondent no. 12 (Annexure-4 to this application) whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.16746 of 2018(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/3 and whereunder the Block Development Officer, Gaunaha has directed the Ward Implementation and Management Committee, Gram Panchayat Raj Matiyaria to allow her to execute the work under the Seven Decision Plan of the Chief Minister for Rural street-Drinking Water and Drain Picketing Scheme.

(ii) For directing the respondents particularly the Block Development Officer, Gaunaha to consider the name of the petitioner for execution of the Chief Minister Rural street-drinking water and Drain Picketing Scheme in her ward i.e. Ward No. 13 of Gram Panchayat Raj Matiyaria under Block Gaunaha in the District of West Champaran.

(iii) For directing the respondents concerned to refrain the respondent no. 13 to execute any work in Ward No. 13 under the said scheme during the pendency of the writ application (iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled for."

During pendency of the present petition, certain grievance of the petitioner is stated to have been redressed by the competent authority.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some more issues are pending consideration before the appellate authority. Such a grievance is not subject
