2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 587 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, four country made pistols, one empty magazine, 30 live cartridges of .315 bore, 8 live cartridges of 7.65 mm, several empty cartridges, one knife, one sword, one mobile phone and one pistol holster have been recovered.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the accusation and the recovery of arms, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected for the present.
