2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., on 7.2.24 at about 8 AM, while informant was cleaning his shop, this petitioner along with coaccused Jawahar Sao assaulted informant and when his wife came to the rescue, she was also assaulted. It is further alleged that earlier also this petitioner had threatened informant with dire consequences if he did not vacate the shop.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are shopkeepers and due to petty dispute, an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation, simple injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P. S. Case No. 44 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
