Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.134 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 504, 353, 506 and 34 of IPC. 3.

Prosecution case in brief is that when the informant was working in his office, the petitioner came in his office and asked regarding his application of ration card. There was a reply that the application of the petitioner has been disposed and same was received by the SDO office. Pursuant to the knowledge, the petitioner used filthy language and threatened the informant. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.
