JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 488 of 2019, arising out of Excise Department Case No. 130 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 05.10.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 44.64 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-
