This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 2270 of 2023 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 18.08.2023. For the reasons stated in the application and the grounds mentioned in paragraphs-4 and 5 of the application, the restoration application is allowed. Accordingly, office is directed to restore Cr.
