1. The writ petition is filed challenging the advertisement/notice bearing Memo No. 48 dated 20.01.2018 of the Sub-Divisional Office, Araria, issued under the signature of the District Magistrate, Araria, regarding the dealership of PDS shops.

2. The Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted before the Court that she has no specific instructions as to whether any appointments have been made pursuant to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16121 of 2018(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 said advertisement.

3. On the other hand, the Learned counsel for the respondent contended that the vacancies had already been filled pursuant to the advertisement; therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Considering the fact that third-party rights have been created pursuant to the advertisement for dealership of the PDS shop, nothing remains for adjudication in the present case. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
