JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the departmental authority.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the departmental authorities who shall examine the case of the petitioner and if any representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
