2. The present application has been preferred for setting aside and quashing of the order dated 23.06.2023 whereby the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 427, 308, 324 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 354 of 2019 dated 25.06.2019.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.388 of 2024(2) dt.09-01-2025 2/2 the petitioners and opposite party no. 2 are neighbours and in the heat of the situation, scuffle took place resulting in some injuries on both sides. In that background, both the parties have lodged the FIR and in view of the observations of the learned Apex Court, they intend to take efforts on the positive side so that the matter comes to an end.
4. In that background, he prays for and is allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to prefer the same once the situation changes.
5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
