2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.09.2024, seeks bail in Special Case No. 8881 of 2019, arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2019, registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per seizure list, total 308.5 liters of countrymade Mahua liquor was recovered from the house of coaccused Suresh Mahto and Bathan (cow-shed) of this petitioner. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedent, out of which, five cases are of similar nature.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
