The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per allegation made in the F.I.R., six litres of mahua liquor contained in a plastic gallon is said to have been recovered from a khaprail room adjacent to the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a lady and has no concern with the alleged recovered article. No recovery has taken place from the

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, she shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
