The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 394/414/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019. A pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019. The petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases against him.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. However,

No.80986 of 2019(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charges, the petitioner shall renew the prayer before the Court-below who shall pass necessary order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
