2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of the BNS.

3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and also looted the article.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that the spy of police has not disclosed the name of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86055 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 for bail and submits that there is ample evidence against the petitioner in the case diary.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024.
