Mr.Rajrrv Nayan (App 231) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.
Prosecution case is of snatching of Rs.91,228/- and a Samsung Tab from the informant by some miscreants on the point of pistol. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It appears from the impugned order that his name transpires on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Further appears that he is accused in three other cases also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about six months and charge sheet has already been submitted. He is not put on TIP. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.76666 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case No. 40 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of six months, so that, the police may watch his conduct. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Bhagalpur for needful.
