2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3582 of 2024 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 06.09.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence he has not filed the requisites on time.

4. In view of the aforesaid, prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3582 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
