3. Supplementary show-cause has been filed on the behalf of the opposite party no. 3, stating in paragraph-7 that amount to the tune of Rs. 16,75,230/-, as per the order of

Patna High Court MJC No.4258 of 2024(7) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 this Court, dated 22.07.2025, has been paid in favour of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the order of this Court has been complied, the present contempt application is, accordingly, disposed having become infructuous.
