1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-7 for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University Commission.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three defects have been pointed out by the office, out of which, one of the defect is with respect to the Court fee. It is also submitted that the deficit court fee would be submitted on or

Patna High Court MJC No.4255 of 2024(3) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 before 06.02.2025, the other two defects are ignored.

3. In view of the pleadings made in the restoration application, the CWJC No.16885 of 2024 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed.

5. It is made clear that in the event, if the deficit court fee is not deposited on or before 06.02.2025, in that event, the present order shall not be given effect to.
