The petitioner seeks bail in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 150/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Chaudhary. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51432 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 150/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
