2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 489(A) (B) (C) & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On a secret information that some persons are involved in trade of fake currency, a raid was conducted and one co-accused Rajesh Kumar Sahni was apprehended with three counterfeit notes and thereafter, on the disclosure made by coaccused Shamsad Alam, name of petitioners transpired, as the persons, who used to supply fake notes and thereafter, police conducted raid and recovered one computer and other equipment from the house of petitioner no. 2.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that save & except computer, no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. It is further submitted that other co-accused namely Shamshad Alam, Raghubir Sahni, Rajesh Sahni and Jagdish Sahni have been acquitted on 15.05.2008 by the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, FTC2, Muzaffarpur in S.T.No. 455/05 (copy of judgment is annexed as Annexure P/2 to the supplementary affidavit). Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 18th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 08/2005, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
