2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the informant with fists and slaps on account of dispute regarding flowing of water. It is further alleged this petitioner, along with one other accused, assaulted the elder brother of the informant by means of farsa due to which he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature.

4. Considering the nature of dispute and simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his
