In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner has established physical relation with the informant for last seven years on the promise of marriage, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that it is consensual relation. It is uurged that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2019 for no fault.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection
