2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 323,324, 307, 379, 604, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner and other accused persons on account of land dispute have assaulted the deceased Daho Yadav and injured three-four more persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Ritlal Yadav is the assailant of the deceased. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured person and he is in custody since 10.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3954 of 2024(5) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2023.
