2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs;

(a) For directing the respondent no. 4 not right issued letter no. 1480 dated 27.7.2023 to against petitioner without knowledge to petitioner as according law;

(b) For Direction to respondents no. 5 & 8 for verifying to 1st Joint Conditional letter no. 16 dated 31.01.2021 according to law.

Then should be action by letter no. XIX -35-2023 / 2618/secret / Bhabhua date 02.08.2023 along with verify to Rent payment continue Receipt of Panjab Bank on 06.10.2023, 29.08.2023 13.07.2023, 01.06.2023 and 15.04.2023 as Electric Meter Connection Consumers Bill of old Shop keeper as petitioner. If Respondents has not verified of noted papers of petitioner Then will be illegal letter issued by Respondents no. 5 & 8 date 02.08.2023 as according to law;

(c) For that the Direction to respondents no. 7 & 9 for proper investigation to letter no.

1770 date 05.10.2023 according to law. As mention word in letter Bihar State Human Right Commission case No. ? & letter no......? of law incharge District Officer Kaimur. Which has passed order dated, case no. or letter no. by concem authority according to law in regard to law. If come to no knowledge of order case no,, dated or letter no. by authority. Then action should be taken against conspiracy to vague letter no. 1770 dated 05.10.2023 according to law against the respondent no.9;

3/4 (d) For direction to Respondent no.6 & 10 for proper investigation of all concern papers to petitioner since long time to earlier Manager VijayKumar Kejriwal of Kanni Ram Kejriwal Charity Trust Dharmshala Bhabhua as old shop keepers name list, Joint Conditional letter no.16 dated 31.01.2021, Electrict Connection meter Bill Receipt, continue paid Rent Panjab Bank Receipt, cancel order of Joint Conditoinal Letter no. 16 dated 31.01.2021 against petitioner along with case no, order dated & letter no. of Bihar Human Right Commission, Patna and District Law Incharge Officer Kaimur. If no found to facts & law in issued different letters against petitioner. Then should be action against concern Conspiracer to differents letter according to law;

(e) For that the direction to Respondent no.

6 & 10 for lodge to F.I.R. against conspiracy after proper investigation.

Which has pending to representation on 01.11.2023 before Respondents no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 10 for Natural Justice according to law.(f) For that the direction to Respondents does not harass & torture to petitioner on the base of power pen use according to law.

3. On the prayer of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 9 has submitted that the petitioner has been filing frivolous cases/litigations by suppressing material facts and in fact, he is the encroacher and he has illegally captured a Dharamsala. The learned counsel for the Respondent

4/4 No. 9 further submits that the case has been investigated and the final form has been submitted.
