This writ petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the order dated 26.04.2019 (Annexure 6) passed by the Chief Executive Officercum-Mission Director, Lohia Swaksh Vihar Abhiyan, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2), whereunder, petitioner has been removed from his service from

Patna High Court CWJC No.23276 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 the post of Block Co-ordinator, Lahia Swachh Bihar Abhiyan, Singhwara, Darbhanga.

3. Paragraph 15 of the writ petition indicates that against the aforesaid impugned order, appeal has already been preferred by the petitioner before the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, which is pending for disposal. As such, petitioner has already been availed the alternative remedy by filing the appeal against the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
