The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 376, 504, 506 of the IPC and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner is said to have forcibly made physical relation with the informant and made a video and from then, he used to make relation with her by threatening her to viral the video.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to grudge. No such

It is submitted that the informant and the petitioner were in love affair but due to objection of the family, the instant case has been lodged against the petitioner. The informant has filed a petition on 25.08.2023 in the Court of A.C.J.M. IVth, Bhabhua, Kaimur and declared that they are living together as husband and wife in the petitioner's family and a copy of the petition is enclosed at Annexure-2 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that a compromise petition has also been filed on 25.08.2023 in the Court of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Bhabhua, a copy of which is enclosed at Annexure-3 of the bail petition. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.160 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, learned Court below is directed to verify the genuineness of Annexure-2 i.e. petition dated 25.08.2023 filed by the informant.
