2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that Rohit and Shweta solemnized marriage and the same was court marriage. It is alleged that the deceased Nitish help them in solemnizing marriage. It is further alleged that he was being threatened by the accused persons due to which, he committed suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. The only allegation against

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the allegation does not attract Section 306 of the IPC. He has also submitted that the occurrence is of 06.12.2023 whereas the FIR was lodged on 08.12.2023. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 17.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 1351 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea.
