2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Co-accused Ashok Kumar Singh is said to have killed the deceased at the instance of the petitioner. The petitioner's name has come in the confession of co-accused Ashok Kumar Singh. Ashok Kumar Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64796 of 2023. The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2022.

4. It has been submitted that the charges have been framed on 16.06.2023, but no witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the period of custody and also considering the fact that co-accused Ashok Kumar Singh has been granted bail, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, V, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will co-operate in the trial. She will regularly appear in the trial either personally or through her Advocate. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
