The same should be made explicit as the same has not been made in the order dated 13.07.2018 whereby the petitioner's writ petition was disposed of.
This Court would observe that the specific liberty has been granted to the petitioner to approach the Reviewing Authority under the Regulation. Since, there is no scope for this
Patna High Court MJC No.3101 of 2018 (3) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 Court to further give any direction either in excess of the Regulation, not is it open to the Reviewing Authority to treat the petitioner's claim in any manner less than provided in the Regulation.
No case is made out for modification. This application is dismissed.
