2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

" I. For issuance of an order, direction, writ including writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents concern to compensate the petitioner at the rate of commercial instead of Awasiya whose land and commercial sho (Kumar Harwair) was acquired for the construction of N.H. 527C ( Majhauli-Charaut Khand). II. For issuance of an order, direction, writ including writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the compensation amount at per which has been prayed to the adjacent or near rayats.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to pursue the issue before the appropriate competent authority/forum.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioner moves before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, within one month from today, the authority is required to take a final decision in the matter, expeditiously, without undue delay and in any case, within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
